Fantastic, I have only good things to say so far. The culture here is extremely healthy, upbeat, and positive. The progression path here is outstanding, I have full visibility into what my promotions will look like. The management structure works very hard to change who you are as a salesman to help elevate your career and skills within the role.

It is basically a split of people who have and don’t at Samsara currently for Mid-Market. You either have an original customer book and you hit quota off that or you don’t and are grinding to build yours up as well as finding net new accounts outside of the CRM to prospect into.
