Current Employee Commercial is an absolute grind. I was told coming in that it would not be what it has turned out to be. Maybe 8 inbound leads and it is all outbounding with really bad accounts. You will also have an account book of roughly 200 customers. Some have already canceled most will hate you bc you are forced to spam them with emails every week. Very hire to fire org. There is no time to develop here. I have seen many ADRs and external reps get hired and fired within their first 6 months. You either perform or you are out month 5. Sink or swim type place. Good product but do not expect as much help as you are sold in the interviews.
