AE UK - company is not as promising as they lead you to believe in the interview process, however is still built upon a solid foundation. Turnover is extremely high. The UK team has seen 7 reps fired since I started in January.

Commercial is an absolute grind. I was told coming in that it would not be what it has turned out to be. Maybe 8 inbound leads and it is all outbounding with really bad accounts. When I was hired, I was told that ~80+% of the team was consistently hitting 100% quota, now it seems consistently lower than 40%. Kind of feel duped.

Do not work here. Does not matter how much many time you hit over double quota, awards, incentives you make or how much you over achieve. You are just a number and will be picked off a list with no consideration of your efforts or work. You will be let go with 0 notice based off whatever small fine print they can come up with to find someone who is cheaper.
