Current Employee The company has significantly over hired and cut the territories. It’s not even a flip of a coin anymore to determine whether you will get lucky with a ok book. For most reps, These accounts are duplicates of other accounts, out of business, or straight up don’t fit our ICP and can’t be sold to. Sales OPS has made this a disaster.
Even if there are good accounts, it’s rip and replace and everyone in the industry is on a 3-5 year contract so it’s a waiting game to even get them to evaluate.
You are then left praying to god you receive inbound leads or having to source new accounts for your book (the total TAM in our salesforce has already been identified and assigned to a rep so sourcing new accounts is pretty much nill)
Management is incentivized to PIP you out before ramp is over to lower their quota.
Reps who were successful were stealing inbound leads and accounts.
This may get better as leadership has acknowledged this being an issue, but they need to stop the hiring it’s cutting the books to thin. Browse Other Reviews
