Current Employee My overall experience was mixed. Training and onboarding was awesome, SKO was cool, but the book of business I got was so bad it wasn’t funny. I disqualified more than I qualified, and ended up needing to source 100% of my deals outside my book. It was a constant grind and the customers are hard. If you inherited a legacy book, the job was easier, but an overcarve book was a death sentence.
