Good solution, good tech. Biggest problem is no one is making any money. Overhired and tiny territories. I am.an enterprise rep and never seen attainment sub 20% before. Brought in leadership from ServiceNow and it's not going well. Samsara is SaaS but we have no partner ecosystem and it's such a different world than the IT space where the leadership has experience. Sales ppl are barely hanging on but it's pretty sad.

My overall experience has been good, Samsara offers a great culture, and leadership is awesome. Product is one of the best in the market.
