It started out great but as the company grows, the pains are felt across the sales org. You have to get lucky with a good book or it's not a fun place to be. Newer reps are crushing quota with hand me downs while tenured reps continue to struggle. Level the playing field and stop hampering sales time with a million new product trainings / process changes.

In the Ent org…as a rep you want to sell a market leading product. I’m confident in every opportunity I have we have the best product. We’re investing in the product, it continues to appreciate. From a compensation standpoint, I’d wager at least 3 reps have W2’d over a million this year through Q2. So that’s ideal if the stars align.
