Work load vs incentives does not seem balanced. AEs are often earning more than the manager, even though the manager facilitates a lot of the process

The team is incredible, however this is very much a sink or swim environment. You get trained for one month then get thrown into things with a small fixed book, where some reps get luckier than others. You need to be ready to execute your own demo structure, trial engagement, and outbound motion by yourself, not much of a playbook to guide you. I would only recommend...Read More
