Current Employee The team is incredible, however this is very much a sink or swim environment. You get trained for one month then get thrown into things with a small fixed book, where some reps get luckier than others. You need to be ready to execute your own demo structure, trial engagement, and outbound motion by yourself, not much of a playbook to guide you.
I would only recommend applying here if you’re a very experienced rep with trials and outbound motion as the best reps don’t share their secrets. You need to get lucky with a good manager. 99% outbound role so be ready for that.
