Product market fit excellent. Fixed book model - reviews are accurate, if you get a cold book, likely to work twice as hard as someone with a warmer one. Some people are pipped out because of it. Office culture is great. No certain workflow, talk track, or process is taught, up to you to figure out how to be effective. Managers are very helpful and care about your success but with no certain process taught, there are some inconsistencies. Quotas are ~mostly~ attainable.

Product does seem solid but the landscape is becoming more competitive with other companies are catching up. Samsara does appear to have an advantage but they are also significantly more expensive than the competition. A lot of your success just depends on your book and territory. There’s instances where reps just get handed great opportunities.

A great company with great leadership from managers, directors all the way to the CEO. SMB/Commercial sales has been getting tougher to sell to and much more of a grind as the product, while superior in the industry, caters towards more larger companies.
