Current Employee I was really excited to get on the sales team here. But about 6 months in I realized that all the hype was fluff. The golden days of sales here are in the rearview. Commission pay is awful for the amount you bring in. There is practically 0 inbound. People are over worked, under paid and stressed out. They over hired and don't have enough bread to go around.
Great product and company, but sales org is a nightmare. Looking to get a new employer. Was very disappointed in my experience considering all the good things I heard.
