Former Employee Would not recommend. Product is great. Comp is not. Leadership over-hired and underpays. Wouldn't listen to feedback on the surveys they put out and then cherry picked questions for AMA's when sellers finally got noticeably disgruntled. Kept telling leadership a fixed book model would not be a good thing, especially when hiring so many new sellers, and that turned out to be true. Comp did not change in 4 years but quota when up every single quarter until about 2 quarters ago. Promotion path is a joke and they are letting extremely good talent leave the company because they are tone deaf at the top. It will sharpen your sales skill-set but there are better opportunities out there if you look properly. They will sell you on why a low OTE is a good thing when hiring. Beware of this as quota attainment is not like it used to me when you could actually hit and exceed quota. Leadership better fix their problems or more talent will continue to leave and they will never backfill with the same level of studs that got them to this point.
