Leadership is absolutely terrible from the director level up in MM. The territory’s are chopped up so much in mid market that no one consistently hits quota. This place probably was great a few years ago but now it’s a toxic low paying wasteland.

Terrible management that knows nothing about development and will throw reps under the bus to keep their jobs. Most have not sold at this company or in years prior. You can tell by how terrible they are when it comes to giving you feedback. Company was good a long time ago now it is trash.
