Current Employee A great place to get your feet wet with prospecting. Rewards those that are willing to put the extra work in, and boost your resume quickly.
Growth pot. tends to trail off once an AE -> no real upwards trajectory, as structure is severely lacking. Very top-heavy, where the ones they want to succeed, will. The others, deal with unqualified opps 75% of the time. A full pipe will be full of recycled fluff from other reps who quit/were let-go.
Great for experience, and there are some good folks in the mix. Much higher paying roles elsewhere though.
