This is a great place if you are looking to get saas experience and then move onto a new company. Workflows are unsustainable and inefficient. BDRs at other companies have similar quotas with about 1/4 of the work. Everything is micromanaged and you have to do things their way no matter how inefficient it is. Most successful reps average about 4months here then leave, others get pip'd then fired.

This company has made a turn for the better. Seamless has had its issues in the past (not going to pretend this place is perfect) but they’ve refocused their energy on vastly improving the culture. Frankly I recently left the company because I felt it was my time to go, but I’m confident Seamless is headed in a better direction
