This company is for winners. You need to have a growth mindset to work here. If you are not promoted in the first 3-6 months you should look for a new job because they most likely will never give you a decent shot. My time at Seamless has been good, the culture is cool. I found working remote has helped with my mental health. I'm on zoom with the team for the majority of the day and that's fine.
