Don’t let anyone tell you this company doesn’t care about their staff. Look at the pay. Look at the benefits. They’re highly competitive for the industry. Then you have the perks like catered lunches, coffee, snacks, beer and so on.

Diversity and inclusion is a big factor in the jobs i've considered before in the past. I felt included at events and with my coworkers, they do a good job of hiring nice (and talented) people.

Employees have the autonomy to do their jobs without having to worry about anyone leaning over their shoulder and watching their every move. The management does a good job of actually trusting their staff here. I’ve worked for too many companies that fall victim to the mentality of hovering or hand holding which stems from ultimately not trusting their staff enough....Read More

Low pay overall, weird comp structure and they don't tell you important details when you are hired. They mislead a bit in the interview process. Very rah rah rah culture with little substance.
