The perfect environment to learn the ropes in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and competent in their assigned roles. Not a single second is wasted trying to figure what you’re supposed to be doing or what’s expected of you. You know precisely what your daily objectives are and who you should be working with. All that’s expected of you is good time management and good work ethic. Not a bad trade off if you ask me.

Working for Seamless.AI was frustrating—unrealistic quotas, micromanagement, and a toxic sales culture made every day stressful. Leadership focused more on aggressive metrics than employee well-being. Burnout was common, and turnover was high. Promises made during onboarding rarely matched reality. It felt like a grind, not a career opportunity.
