The work day flies right on by. You’ll constantly be doing something, working on something, helping someone with something, etc. One moment you’re getting your day started and the next the day is over. Competitive pays makes the job enticing at least for me. Advancement opportunities as well. No stagnation.

You are dialing 700+ calls a day. You are incentivized to book meetings for AE’s and making sure they show up for the AE. Most of the time the meetings don’t turn into deals. Conflict of interest amongst SDR’s and AE’s. They hire 15-20+ new SDR’s every month. Training is incredible along with leadership. Definitely a mentally challenging and mundane role.
