ServiceNow has grown tremendously but with that comes growing pains of territory alignment, proper quotas, and lack of stability in managers and support teams.

It's a great platform that is constantly being developed and expanded into new areas. Management now expects a strong office presence again and is increasingly micromanaging. Territories are also shrinking, but quotas are increasing.

Great company and culture. But the sales cycle is 18 months+ and they change territories a lot. You also get dinged when an account does not renew. And typically you don't have the account long enough to impact the non-renewal.
