Company was initially great about compensation but has slowly gotten worse. Most people boomerang to get the roles they want. OTE is usually guaranteed. Amazing PTO and work life balance

Great company, great product, just chaotic. They’re still figuring out the CSM structure which made the role extremely tough to figure out and had little guidance as a remote employee. They seem to be offering hybrid only now, probably due to the lack of direction remote employees were given.

I'm very happy working at ServiceNow. The CEO, product & growth trajectory are all very strong. Pay is solid and the expertise and support for core sales roles is strong. Area of improvement: the company is primarily white so not much diversity.
