Nobody is hitting their quota. The company has a plan to get 70% of reps to 70% of plan and aren't coming anywhere close to those numbers. The forecast shows under 30% of reps will be at 70% of plan. With revenue growing at 22% and nobody hitting quota it is clear leadership is setting the sales force up to fail.

This feels uncharacteristic for ServiceNow. What once set the company apart was its culture of trust, purpose, and long-term partnership with customers.
