Current Employee The company is currently shifting from an inbound-led to a partner-led sales model. While the overall outlook is promising, the strategy still feels somewhat undefined. Leadership is in the process of figuring things out, which brings a fair amount of uncertainty. I’d recommend carefully assessing both the team and the target segment, especially since the company has shown a tendency to hire and let people go quickly, sometimes without clear rationale.
