Former Employee Culture very cliquey and insular.
Targets high and raised aggressively for reps, small number of reps with the right territory achieve target. Majority don’t and have little reasonable chance of doing so. Lots of overlays trying to get onto deal sheets and get paid but rarely putting in the work.
There are good roles to earn well there, but you need to choose carefully and do your research.
