I can only speak for SLED and the general consensus of everyone I worked with in this vertical at ServiceNow as an AE or SC. The culture here has gone steeply downhill in the last few years. I came from Oracle - it has a reputation for being brutal to work for. I can confidently say ServiceNow has far surpassed Oracle in this regard. The pressure here from management is enormous, and unlike anything I have ever seen. I personally know several AEs who are doing very well but looking to leave. Imagine the end of quarter sales pressure at Oracle and apply it to every week, every month of the year. This is ServiceNow. The product is amazing but unfortunately the pressure they put on the AEs, and by extension our customers, to bring in deals NOW is shortsighted and detrimental to our customer relationships. Trust me you do not want to work here. ServiceNow’s best years are behind it.
