Overall before the merger there was a strong culture. It has lessened overall and the compensation, which was easy to game, rewards those who have more tenure as they receive internal leads. Red tape is in the way of most sales that aren’t straight off the shelf solutions

There is very little leadership from management and high rates or nepotism. If you are one of the untouchables you can make very decent money. Most reps however will never hit plan. Only about 5 percent will make their target on any given month. You will spend a lot of your time.e hating your job and wanting to work elsewhere.
