Quotas are going up, and dishonesty in deal size is rampant. Those who are high attaining are cooking the books, full stop. An entire team was let go for it, company wide video was sent out saying they're going to crack down on it...nothing happened yet. I have a feeling a house cleaning and major shift is going to happen in 2026, especially on retail.

Awesome place to work. Remote work is enjoyable, quotas are attainable and work culture is great. Some quarters are better than other and there are challenges, but overall would recommend
