Im being interviewed for the D2C Midmarket Acquisition team. What OTE range should I be asking for. It seems to be all over the place?

Seems to be a large salary range for SDRs. Whats the normal starting pay and OTE?

I've seen a few posts on LinkedIn where people were laid off, is Shopify going through layoffs/was this for select divisions?

What should a perspective applicant know about the SDR org. at Shopify?

is New Business Senior AE role a good team to be a part of in Europe? How is quota attainment in this team and is it segmented or does New Business team go after mid-market & enterprise?

Accepted a role as a SMB AE for Retail (expansion). Noticed quota attainment was low for last Q, but did see they ended up adjusting quotas after the fact due to the low attainment. Is attainment historically low? How often do the territories change once you've been assigned? Should I be concerned?

How is the plus acquisitions (commercial) team doing? One of their managers made a post about the team growing, so are they actually performing well?
