Constant change to the structure of the Sales org. Goal post moves without warning and there is no real north star. If you are not a top performer for two consecutive quarters, you should have eyes on new opportunities elsewhere.

Leadership has no clear vision as to what they are doing or where they want to be. No support for onboarding or learning. Hired to start and build a new function - no buy-in from C-level and the role was " redundant" 7 months after hiring me.
