Former Employee4.0Jun 3, 2025Overall experience was neutral / slightly negative. Quotas kept changing for the worse, and I had the misfortune of having a young inexperienced manager (a former IC) who was useless from a resource/coaching perspective and was a micromanager. I would not go back.
