There for 4 years. There were times when it was the best job I’ve ever had, and times were it was the worst! Shopify changes rapidly and chaotically. They are a product led company and leadership don’t factor in the perspectives of commercial team members much.

Low compensation compared to the rest of the SaaS industry. SMB targets are high and there is no SE support for deals that require demos and management that doesn’t support reps. No inbounds leads either for cross sell reps. Audits also exists which take away deals from reps. Would not recommend working here.
