Shopify is a product company and doesn't value sales. It also does not understand the enterprise market and its products do not fit it well which is giving them problems selling at the enterprise level outside of D2C.

Immediate management is great. Sales Managers are great to work with. Senior leadership team are difficult to say the least. Manage change poorly and have little understanding/respect for sales Product is outstanding. Best in the market. Compensation is pretty strong.
