Former Employee In 2019-2021 things were great, deals were closing, heavy inbound, was the wild west so you wernt restricted in going after accounts. People were minting the gravy train until 2022 when markets slowed down and kay offs begun.
From that point culture was affected, trust diminished and just wasnt the same. New leadership and alot of churn due to low trust.
