Former Employee There are a lot of inexperienced managers. Managers show a lot of immaturity, favoritism, and unethical behavior. CYA environment. Pursuing customer satisfaction or loyalty is low on the list revenue is the only focus. Issues raised at company town halls are never resolved. There's no interest in improvement. Only a few 'hand picked' salespeople make their quota when handed deals as salespeople are cut short of there promised runways. High Churn
