Big changes are coming from leadership and they are coaching the reps into being more consultative instead of transactional. I am excited to see where the business goes as these changes roll out. Remote work is great - only purposeful travel is required. Management is absolutely fantastic - super supportive and encouraging. The other reps are the best part - really great team members and people overall.
