Current Employee Flexible working hours. Hybrid. No culture of micro-management (in mid-market anyway). Other AEs are genuinely sound and become friends in real life. Nice company culture.
The downside is the compensation incentive and quotas - they are impossible to achieve and create an extremely high pressured environment. Managers are stressed, they’re getting you stressed. Slack was hot to work for a few years ago, but be prepared to work for Salesforce, not Slack. Slack is just a product of the Salesforce offering.
