Once they finished their training (1 week of a PowerPoint). They said they expect me to 2x my quota from everyone. Didn’t last a quarter because I had no idea what I was selling, no training, and the SDR manager said figure it out.

Some favourtism towards certain reps. Base is good for Galway, comp plan has no ceiling , most high performing reps making 110k
