Smartsheet has been an amazing company to work for. My only issue is they always talk about hiring from within but I have personally been passed up twice from outside hires and I know several coworkers this has also happened too.

I worked for a subsidiary of Smartsheet that had a great culture that supported its sales team, however that team has been eliminated. Smartsheet itself has been a decent place to work, but due to PE acquisition, change is constant.
