The product is excellent, but the company has floundered the opportunity over the last few years. Too much turnover at the top, lack of interest in feedback from sellers (their frontline) and continuing to steer the ship blindly.

Overall it was a good company to work for until the good leadership left, then a lot of the good culture left with them. It became a lot of micro management and toxic in the end.

Every company has its highs and lows and right now Smartsheet is at an extreme low. Botched new licensing rollout, inhibiting sellers ability to hit quota, complete turnover of c-suite.
