Culture still positive but it is changing fast under the new PE ownership. They cut plenty of underperforming people at the senior level which is a good sign, though. Quotas are unrealistic.

Smartsheet feels like a sinking ship. Reckless decisions are being made at the top without any warning and top sales leadership is being fired. We’ve lost 6 executives in a year and a half. Micromanaging is becoming the standard practice.

Pretty good, to be seen now with the new market event. Otherwise, not much to be critical about. Product market fit is good, leadership stable and pay reflects market.

A great product that has a good place in the market. Leadership changes have left things unstable and the quotas have only gone up with no demand gen strategy change. Good produt, but the sales org is up in the air.
