My overall experience was pretty solid at Smartsheet. My team was great but higher level leadership kept saying one thing than doing another. People who made presidents club were looked down upon for having a bad quarter. Lots of competitors that Smartsheet has to deal with and they are certainly not a cheap product.

Great product, but the company needs to adjust the way they manage talented reps. You can be successful but with one bad quarter they will cut you.
