Overall Smartsheet is a strong company and has historically performed. Given the recent nature of its PE acquisitions, there is looming uncertainty which comes in parallel to its change in licensing model. This puts to question its product fit, retention, and sentiment going forward which will naturally impact the sales org.

Good place to start as SDR/bdr. SDR must hit quota before advancing to bdr. From bdr you can move up to any other sales position based on quota attainment.
