Former Employee2.6Sep 15, 2025A generally strong product and, when deployed well, impactful to customers. Strategy is a mess. A lack of customer care and obsession, little to no product innovation, and no clear connected strategy have eroded the brand with current customers, analyst firms, and current employees.

Current Employee3.1Nov 8, 2024Great people all over the business, but most are on the way out after drastic changes to product have been made by leadership, which were poorly rolled out and communicated to client-facing roles, and expected to be executed on by those same teams. 20% or so are hitting quota, most people are miserable, the run is over but it was fun while it lasted.
