In my experience Smartsheet is a fantastic company with fantastic people. They need to be a little more cut throat against roles that don’t offer the right value to the business / more aggressive on performance.

Every company has its highs and lows and right now Smartsheet is at an extreme low. Botched new licensing rollout, inhibiting sellers ability to hit quota, complete turnover of c-suite.
