Former Employee Great Solution, leadership is very, very poor and promotions are based on who are the favourites. Don't dare offer sensible solutions or options, be prepared for management to step in and discount your deals if you are on leave by 40% after working on it for 6 months without their input. It used to be a great company and culture but died in Q3 22 after realising they hired too quickly then tried taking the American approach with staff. I would honestly avoid this place if you want personal and career growth. One of the best things I've done in my career is walk away.
