Don't dare offer sensible solutions or options, be prepared for management to step in and discount your deals if you are on leave by 40% after working on it for 6 months without their input. It used to be a great company and culture but died in Q3 22 after realising they hired too quickly then tried taking the American approach with staff. I would honestly avoid this place if you want personal and career growth. One of the best things I've done in my career is walk away.
