Smith and Nephew is a good company company and they focus on promoting from within. However in the past two years they have had two layoffs and several commission cuts. There is a strong focus from leadership on improving the stock price and top line / bottom line efficiency, but overall they seem to lack long-term vision or direction on where the company is going....Read More

Great company with a great portfolio of products. Leadership changed a few times while I was there, but at the time that I left, the leadership team was at its peak. I left for personal reasons and I wish the salary and compensation could have been higher and more in line with industry standards.
