Working for S+N has a lot of pros. Great team, market leading products, and a solid company history. I have found that the comp structure is very vague and always leaves you a year or two away from making real money ($180k++). I have consistently exceeded quota and been a major contributor on a 3 person team with a quota over $5m. My partners agree with my stem rents on comp.

Positive at first then, quickly changed once leadership did. Leadership doesn’t seem to have understanding of the reps needs anymore

My overall experience was okay. I was doing others work and not being compensated for it. Upper management was great but direct management was super poor. Growth opportunity is possible, but the culture locally isn’t great.
