Sales development academy is world class for entry level salespeople. Salary is just average, but the product market fit, and training/development are what makes Snowflake a standoud. Probably top 10 companies in the world right now to build a sales career, this industry will only get hotter

Mixed - toxic culture. Be wary Snowflake fired 2/3rd of my time and deliberately didn’t give a colleague his last vesting though he was entitled to it.
