Company has gone downhill since the previous CEO left. There is no clear direction in any of the segments and management only prefers brown nosers. New Senior leadership is old school and will talk bad behind your back if you give them the slightest reason to.

Great company to grow within. CEO is great leader. Lots of reps with 5-10 years at the company. Great long term growth opportunities.

Leadership is severely misaligned with reality. Targets are only achievable with a few large ones in between. Only a few people hit quota last quarter.
