You can definitely make money here, the incentive structure is actually really good. The issue is the changes being made, and unclear initiatives/leadership from the top. The dont backfill, and they dont make investments into PEOPLE like the implementation teams. Because of this, you have a few people doing a lot of things, makes it difficult. If youre in new logo, good luck, quota attainment maybe 40%. If youre in Account Management its more like 75%. But again - you CAN make some really good money here, it's just frustrating when the backend people are not treated well, makes sales jobs harder.

It was a great culture until the new CEO and Sales leadership came in 18 months ago ... they broke that company. No one wants to be there now! We used to have state of the art training but in the past 12-18 months, the former programs have been eliminated and replaced with ...nothing.
